The Chicago Booth Energy Group is a student-run educational, professional, and social group whose mission is to promote Booth community knowledge of the energy industry, develop connections between Booth and industry participants, and assist group members who are pursuing careers with energy firms and related service businesses.

Booth Energy Group hosts and participates in many educational events including: “lunch and learns” on a variety of energy topics, an annual Trek to visit energy startups and corporates, conferences (hosting and attending) within the MBA and global energy communities, and case competitions that reinforce practical modeling and strategic analysis skills

Booth Energy Group welcomes corporate partners for on-campus and virtual sessions that provide students the opportunity to learn more about and connect with leading companies across all energy verticals. Energy Group also provides support for students conducting self-driven job searches.
