Reporting to the Massey College Governing Board, the Principal is the College’s visionary leader, deeply engaged with the College’s diverse resident and non-resident community, honouring its traditions, spear­heading fresh approaches, and ensuring it reflects and serves a changing world. The Principal will continue to advance the College’s strategic goals, catalyze support for renewing its heritage buildings, continue strengthening its affiliation with the University and its relationships with key partners, and develop new collaborations that benefit the Massey College community.
