The ITS System Status Page provides an overview of current service status messages and scheduled maintenance for major University of Toronto systems and services. You may contact the Joint Operations Group (JOG) using the e-mail link above or by calling 416-978-4621. The JOG is staffed Monday to Friday, 7am-3:15pm.

We recommend that you sign up to receive push notifications of service outages. Click on the "Subscribe to Updates" button at the top of this page and select the method(s) by which you want to receive system status updates. For e-mail notifications, we recommend using a non-UofT email address so that you will still receive notifications in the event there is an outage that prevents access to university email services.

Beanfield Fiber Scheduled Maintenance Jul 25, 2024 00:00-06:00 EDT
Please note that Beanfield have fiber maintenance scheduled on Thursday July 25th 2024 from 12:01am to 6:00am.
This maintenance will affect the connectivity of the following two circuits/sites:
1. 439 University
2. The Beanfield circuit for UTM, (the Bell circuit will remain in service)

UTM network scheduled maintenance Jul 26, 2024 23:00 - Jul 27, 2024 03:00 EDT
Please note there will be a scheduled network maintenance at UTM between July 26, 2024 23:00 and July 27, 2024 03:00. All internet connectivity to and from UTM may be intermittently affected during this maintenance window.

The following URLs will also be affected:

https://mmpa.utoronto.ca
https://mfacc.utoronto.ca

UTM VPN users will need to reconnect afterwards in order to restore their session.

Resolved - Microsoft has completed their mitigation actions and their telemetry indicates all previously impacted Microsoft 365 apps and services have recovered. Microsoft will monitor to ensure impact is fully resolved.

Scheduled - Please note that the Administrative Management System (AMS) will not be available for GUI users from Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 5 p.m. to Thursday, July 11 at 5 a.m. This outage will allow for the preparation for the across-the-board (ATB) increase for USW staff.

All other AMS web-based systems, including Administrative Academic Appointments (AAA), Expense Reimbursement Direct Deposit (ERDD), My Research, Capital Project Portal, Invoice Workflow, Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), EvoSuite Applications, SAP Asset Manager Mobile, and Fiori Launchpad Reporting will remain available during this time.

Resolved - The issue with long wait time to connect to Phone Services upon signing in to WebEx has been resolved. We are monitoring the result, please report any further issues to voipsupport@utoronto.ca.

Investigating - We have observed that some customer's Cisco WebEx application is currently experiencing delays when connecting to the phone service upon signing in. This issue can also prevent call centre agents from choosing their ACD status until their Phone Services are connected eventually.

The Telecom team is actively investigating the issue with the vendor and will update system status when more details are available.
