My account was hacked

On March 24, I suddenly received a purchase email written in Chinese. The account was banned the next day.

But i am korean, Looking at the previous history, there are many history of payment in Korea.

I have no reason to use illegal programs. Because I spent a lot of money on games. 

I've been asking questions about this, but there's no answer.

Unfortunately the EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help directly with account-related issues, such as having been hacked. If you feel you have been hacked, the only thing you can do is follow the steps in this article:
