Suddenly I have been unable to get Sims Medieval to launch on the EA App. Before today, I was able to get it to work without any issues. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clearing cache, restarting the app, and restarting my computer but nothing works. Meanwhile sims 3 and 4 both able to start just fine and I made sure there was enough space on my computer to have all 3 games installed. I don't know what to do.

Update: I talked to an advisor on the EA Help site and was told to clean boot my computer. I did it and the game still doesn't launch. But the chat locked out so I couldn't tell the advisor that the clean boot did not work. Then the case closed despite me clicking the "resume case" option and I haven't gotten the option to chat with an advisor when I tried to make a new case. I don't know what to do at this point.
