Bayesian inference of nuclear incompressibility from proton elliptic flow in central Au+Au collisions at 400 MeV/nucleon
Abstract: The incompressibility $K$ of symmetric nuclear matter (SNM) is inferred in a Bayesian analysis of proton elliptic flow in mid-central Au + Au collisions at $E = 400$ MeV/nucleon using a Gaussian process (GP) emulator of the isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics (IQMD) model for heavy-ion collisions, with or without considering the momentum dependence of single-nucleon potentials. Theoretical study on η'--> 4 pions
Abstract: The $η'$ meson is associated with the U(1) anomaly. In this paper, a successful effective chiral theory of mesons has been applied to study the anomalous decay of $η'\rightarrow π^+π^-π^{+(0)}π^{-(0)}$. In this study, the contributions of triangle and box anomalies are calculated. It is shown that the contribution of box diagrams is important in this process. We predict branching ratios of… ▽ More

Couplings of NN(nπ) n \geq 1
Abstract: Determinations of the couplings of $N N (n π) (n \geq 1)$ are reported. The study is based on both a quark model of nucleon and a chiral field theory of mesons. The coupling of $N N π$ is predicted and is in agreement with current value. It shows that the coupling $ N N 2 π$ is resulted in the nature that pion is a Goldstone boson. Abstract: The possibility of the $0^+$ $ηη$ resonance $f_0(2100)$ as a candidate of the $Q^2\bar{Q}^2$ state $C^{ss}(36)$ is explored. The $ηη$ channel of $f_0(2100)$ is the dominant decay mode, $ηη'$ channel has less decay rate, the decay rate of the $η'η'$ channel is very small. The $ππ,\;K\bar{K},\;4π$ modes are at next leading order in $N_C$ expansion. Other possible decay modes are discussed.
