On my trip out west, I packed the baggies but no oatmeal cups. I packed an empty shaker bottle and mixed with water to get my protein and fiber in. Our house had a blender too so a PB & J smoothie happened a couple mornings. Sooooo glad I had my baggies ready! 

In Disney, I just added the baggie to water and my shaker bottle as a snack or with the oatmeal or banana from hotel bfast. ✅✅✅on a balanced meal.
