The Index review process is the structured pre defined process of updating the constituents of an Index as per the Ground Rules published for the given Index. This happens on a pre defined frequency. It could be Monthly, Quarterly, Bi Annually or Annually. This system is a mobile application which communicates with same type of application using sockets. It identifies other mobile phones using a server on a pc and communicates. It sends emails and all the emails are distributed among the mobile phones. The way of distributing of mails is handled by the software. The software can use to implement other collaboration features too. The server is written in Java and mobile application is written in J2ME.
