In December 2023, the Fraser Valley experienced a 6% drop in sales from November, but an impressive 17% increase compared to December 2022. The market's momentum stalled temporarily due to back-to-back mid-year interest rate hikes, resulting in an overall equilibrium during the latter half of the year.
