I am responsible for expanding and contacting with external resources such as government bodies and central state-owned enterprises, deeply facilitaing the Group's top-level campaigns and strategic cooperation. I focus on Fosun's five types of customers, telling the Fosun story, and creating multiple value. During my three and a half years at Fosun, from the Global Anti-Pandemic Command Center/Fosun Trade to the Group's Global Public Affairs Department, I have embraced change and challenges, honing my skills to become a versatile “Jack of all trades.” I organized dozens of events, achieved excellent performance, expanded key accounts and managed supply chains. I have performed on stage, negotiated with factories overseen warehouses and delivered supplies. I have actively participated in major campaigns, continuously promoting the Group's various strategic partnerships. Since joining Fosun Kite as the Associate Director of Legal Affairs, I have taken on new roles and challenges as the company has grown. I was appointed as the Company Secretary in 2018 and began establishing the company's compliance system in 2019. Each step was a breakthrough from zero to one, and each step marked significant growth. The past seven years at Fosun Kite have broadened my knowledge. As one of the founding team members, I witnessed the launch of China's first cell therapy product “Yescarta”, which has benefited more than 600 patients in China. “I am from APAC Strategy Office of IDERA and mainly involved in launching new business both in Real Estate(RE) industry and Non-RE industry, in align with Fosun IDERA Holding’s strategy of building a “mini Fosun” in Japan. Our new business is in the technology field WEB 3.0 and we have set up a new company named Fosun Real World Asset(FRWA). The purpose of the new company is to build an FC2M model in Japan by leveraging Fosun Group's IP content, know-how, and technology. By utilizing the new technology of Web 3.0, we aim to provide the various products of Fosun Group to more families in the world. Also，we started up a new company Fosun Real World Asset(FRWA) in the technology field. It was extremely challenging, but also fun, to build a business model through trial and error with the goal of developing a business that could contribute to Fosun Group. With the support and cooperation of Fosun top management, FHO, and the leader of IDERA, as well as the passionate team members of IDERA.we were able to launch the project from scratch, which was really a valuable experience for me and the team. ”In the SCANIA project, I analyzed the client's requirements on project delivery and identified that secondary software development could simplify processes and save labor hours. After discussing this optimization idea with my superiors, I was allowed to put this into practice. I am also responsible for the secondary development of industrial design, simulation software, and office software used by our department. Based on the needs expressed by my leaders and colleagues, I develop corresponding software to enhance our department's work efficiency.
