We support Rimba Raya in Indonesia through ClimatePartner. It's a project which is dedicated to restoring forests and creating additional habitat for wild animals. 🐒 Consisting of 64,000 hectares of forest, the Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve in southeastern Borneo is home to some of the endangered Borneo orangutans and serves as a buffer zone between palm oil farms and Tanjung Puting National Park. This project reduces greenhouse gas emissions by an average of 3.5 million metric tons of CO2 annually and has been verified by the Sustainable Development Verified Impact Standard (SD VISta) and AENOR as a contributor to all 17 of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.

At Storopack, we believe in the importance of family. That's why we recently hosted a family day at our location in Metzingen! It was a joy to welcome the families of our employees and give them a special behind-the-scenes look at what we do here. Our employees' families had the chance to get a glimpse into their daily work lives, gain a deeper understanding of our company, and see firsthand the incredible work their family members do each day. One highlight was the guided tour through our production process. Families got to see our state-of-the-art machinery in action. But it wasn't just for the adults - we made sure there were plenty of fun activities for the kids to enjoy as well. From face painting to a play street - the little ones were well entertained while the adults were able to explore the company. 🛝🎨 Thank you to everyone who joined us for a special day filled with fun, laughter, and a deeper understanding of what makes Storopack such a special place to work. And thank you to those who organized this family day with so much detail.
