Reducing energy costs is THE challenge of the day for your electroplating processes? For our customer, Hubert Stüken GmbH & Co. KG (Stueken), we have broken new ground for precisely this purpose: Together with our partner, the dryer manufacturer HARTER drying solutions, we have combined centrifuge drying with heat pump drying. This has resulted in an almost fully automated solution that accelerates and optimises the quality of all subsequent processes - from decanting the complex range of parts to packaging the parts without condensation forming!  The results are impressive: ➔      Savings of 50% in drying time ➔      Approx. 12.5 KW nominal power of the drying system in production operation enables energy savings of approx. 75% ➔      Condensation drying takes place in the low temperature range of 50°C To ensure that all performance requirements are met ➔      each swivel centrifuge can be adapted to the range of parts ➔      the speed, angle of inclination and circulation intervals are automatically adjusted to the part geometry via PLC control ➔      the entire process is monitored by a humidity sensor ➔      a barcode scanner ensures that each batch is filled into the correct container For us, centrifuge drying + heat pump drying is already another "winning combination"! Social Day: We were a part of it! Pupils lend a hand! On 1st July 2024, pupils from academic high school "Bodelschwingh-Gymnasium Herchen" swapped their everyday school life for a job and donated their wages to projects that support their peers in difficult situations, in line with the motto "By young people for young people". It's great that we were able to make the world a little bit better together and set an example for democracy and tolerance! PS: Thanks to Leandra, who worked in the marketing department.
