Here's how you can adapt to customers' growing preference for self-service options.
So to start, please think about your user base and the possible ways the end user wants to engage with you. Afterwards, think about ALL the possible reasons next. Check in with your Support reps and product specialists for that. Afterwards, add a priority to each of these cases. Keep in mind that the end user or the channel could play a role in that! Now mark all cases that can be handled by the end user without any active help from a human. Write down any blockers from product, processes etc that keeps them from self servicing. Write the first 10 articles and make them accessible! Report on the usage of articles and other self-service options on a monthly basis. Reiterate the last three steps over and over again.
