When am I charged for my online order?

 

Your credit/debit card is charged once your order has shipped, and you will be sent an email with tracking info. If you ordered more than one item, you will be charged for each item as it ships.

1. Before charging your credit card, an authorization will occur for the amount of your order

2. The authorization process validates your credit card number, status, available credit line and billing information to ensure that it matches exactly what your bank or Credit Card has on file

3. Once an authorization is received, you may notice a decrease in your available credit line for the amount of your order

4. Your bank may hold this amount for a specified amount of time, depending on your bank's policy

5. Contact your bank or credit card company to learn about their authorization policies

6. Canceled orders automatically trigger a refund or removal of a hold on your card. If you notice a pending charge against your account for a canceled order, contact your financial institution to inquire about removing the hold or the timeframe for removing it from your Account

Curbside Pickup Orders charge your selected payment method once you complete "pickup" of your order. Canceled pickup orders automatically trigger a refund.
