White Glove Delivery Services

 

Mattress White Glove Delivery:  (Free for Plus Members)

Scheduling and delivery process:

  • If you purchase any flat mattress or mattress set online (excluding Serta Sleep-To-Go Mattresses and Mattresses in Box), it will include White Glove Delivery + service for Plus Members at no additional cost! If needed, view the item in question @ Samsclub.com and confirm if it includes White Glove Delivery. If it isn't stated on the product page, the item doesn't include White Glove Delivery.
  • Estimated Delivery is 10-12 business days to standard delivery zones, remote delivery zones make take longer.
  • The carrier will call to schedule a delivery date and time.
  • Upon arrival at your home, delivery service will remove bedding from outer packaging.
  • Please inspect bed completely for damages before it is setup.
  • Delivery team will remove all wasted and packing materials from premises. Delivery team will carry mattress &/ box spring to desired room (up to 2 flights of stairs).
  • Delivery team will set up bed frames and attach headboards/footboards (if no tools are required).
  • Used bedding will be moved to another location within the premises or removed/hauled away from the premises, upon your request.
  • Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
 
NOTE:  Carriers have the right to refuse to pick up if the old mattress or set is deemed a biohazard. In this case, you will have to dispose of the item at your own expense.

 

TV White Glove Delivery:

Scheduling and delivery process:

  • You will be contacted via email with a link to a scheduling website or via phone to schedule your delivery appointment.
  • Your TV will be delivered via a local delivery agent.
  • In-home delivery to a room of your choice
  • Attachment of TV base to TV
  • Placement of TV on TV stand
    • This service does not include attachment to a mount such as a wall mount.
  • Plugging the TV into the wall and turning it on
    • Includes unboxing and set up
  • Removal of all packaging material (if requested)
  • Removal of Debris

 

Furniture White Glove Delivery:

Scheduling and delivery process:

  • You will be contacted via email with a link to a scheduling website or via phone to schedule your delivery appointment
  • Your Furniture will be delivered via a local delivery agent
  • In-home delivery to a room of your choice
  • Assembly of legs and backrests (if needed)
  • Placement of sectional configuration
    • The carriers are not authorized to remove existing furniture, haul-away is not included in the service
    • Room of choice needs to be cleared out prior to delivery appointment
  • Plugging the power recliners and/or sectional in and checking functions working correctly
    • Includes unboxing and set up
  • Removal of all packaging material
  • Removal of Debris
