What if I received the wrong item?

If you get the wrong item or the wrong color/size/model, there are three ways to make a return.
 
Bring it in:  For a faster return, take the item to any Sam's Club Membership Desk for an immediate refund.
 
Ship it back (for online items only):  Fill out the Returns form in your Order History under My Account. Print the return label, attach it to the package and send.
 
Contact us:  Contact us, and we will assist you with your return or replacement.
