What if an item is missing from my online order?

 

If you received an order that is missing an item(s), please contact us and we can refund or replace what you didn't receive. Replacement is pending availability. Pickup orders can be refunded or replaced by contacting the club; contact your club for help with a pickup order.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or a Sam's Club Gift Card*

    • Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days

  • If you can't find your Order number, we sent you an email with order info and it's also available in your online Order History

 
*Sam's Club Gift Cards/eGift Cards are valid at Sam's Club, SamsClub.com, Walmart, and Walmart.com.
