How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a claim against Manufacturer's Warranty, contact the Manufacturer with the product's serial number. Though, a dated sales receipt is usually adequate to file a warranty claim.

If you purchased an extended warranty, first contact the provider to make a claim

If you purchased an extended protection plan from AllState with the item, file a claim using the AllState app or go to AllState.com/claim anytime

If you need a receipt for a purchase, view and print it from your purchase history

Tires purchased at Sams Club or SamsClub.com, visit the club TBC to make a warranty claim

Auto batteries purchased at Sam's Club:

Battery must test BAD on our equipment to make a claim

You must provide receipt or service order, or Sam's Club may prorate battery using date code on battery

Replacement batteries are backdated to the original purchase date for warranty claims
