How do I make a warranty claim?

 

To make a claim against Manufacturer's Warranty, contact the Manufacturer with the product's serial number. Though, a dated sales receipt is usually adequate to file a warranty claim.

Warranty Claim Exceptions: (Requires active Membership)

  • If you purchased an extended warranty, first contact the provider to make a claim

  • If you purchased an extended protection plan from AllState with the item, file a claim using the AllState app or go to AllState.com/claim anytime

  • If you need a receipt for a purchase, view and print it from your purchase history

  • Tires purchased at Sams Club or SamsClub.com, visit the club TBC to make a warranty claim

  • Auto batteries purchased at Sam's Club:

    • Battery must test BAD on our equipment to make a claim

    • You must provide receipt or service order, or Sam's Club may prorate battery using date code on battery

    • Replacement batteries are backdated to the original purchase date for warranty claims
