Why was my order canceled?

 

Orders can be canceled for many different reasons and cancellation is final.  If Sam's canceled your order, you'll receive an email from us about the cancellation and funds will be returned to your method of payment within 3-5 business days.

  • If an order was canceled and you didn't receive a cancellation notice, please check your spam/junk/deleted folder for the message as they are automatically generated once an order is canceled.

  • If the item(s) from your order is/are still available, try reordering

  • If you haven't received a cancellation email from Sam's Club and think your order should have arrived, please review tracking by accessing your order history
