We are committed to offering quality products at an exceptional value. We want our products to meet or exceed quality expectations. If you aren't satisfied with the quality of a perishable item, we'll replace or refund it.

  • For perishable items ordered online, request a replacement or refund by contacting us with your membership and order number

    • Contact us

    • You may also request a replacement or refund at your local club

    • Please properly dispose of perishable items and do not return

  • For perishable items purchased in-club, you may request a replacement or refund at your club and are not required to return the item
