What are the account password requirements?

 

When setting or resetting your account password, please note the below criteria.

  • A password must include:
  • A new password is required. (You cannot reuse any of the last 5 passwords used for your account.)
  • Character Limit - 8 character minimum
  • Must include one (1) Number - Digits:  0—9
  • Must include one (1) lowercase letter - Lowercase English alphabet characters:  a—z
  • Must include one (1) Uppercase letter - Uppercase English alphabet characters:  A—Z
  • Must include one (1) Special character* - Non-alphanumeric characters:  ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - +_ =

*A special character is not considered a number or letter. Symbols, accent marks, and punctuation marks are all special characters.

 

Additional Related Details:

  • To register an account with a different email from what is on file, the process will require you to verify the correct email address (only one email address may be associated with an account).
  • If required, your ZIP code must match the ZIP code on file with your Membership.
  • Your name and membership number (17-digit #) must be entered exactly as they appear on your membership.
  • If you are having trouble finding your membership number, download the app for access to your digital membership card. The number also appears on the back of your card. If the numbers are worn off, please visit the Membership Desk at your local club to obtain a replacement card.
