How to update membership information

 

Please Read Before Changing Email:

Changing the email address associated with a membership will also delete any saved payment information. It is better to reset your password if your account has been compromised.

To change your membership information:

  • Sign in to your online account from your desktop

  • Select Account information

  • Under the Membership section, click the Personal information link on the left-hand side of the page

  • Select the Edit or Change link associated with the info that you need to change

  • Update your information and click the   Save   button once you have reviewed the changes

  • Your screen will return to the Summary page once changes have been saved

  • If your email is linked to an old membership, please call or chat with us for help


NOTE:  For security reasons Sam's Club does not allow name or DOB changes for primary members online. Please visit the Membership Desk at your local club for these changes. Photo ID required
