How do I change my email address?

 

Please Read Before Resetting/Changing/Deleting Email:

Changing the email address associated with a membership account will automatically delete the account's saved lists, frequently purchased items, reorder history, and also remove any saved payment information. It is better to reset your password if you fear your account has been compromised.

CHANGE VIA DESKTOP

  • Sign in to your account
  • Next, navigate to the My Account page by highlighting the Your account dropdown and select the 2nd option, Account information
  • Under the Membership heading, click the Personal information link on the left-hand side of the page
  • Next, click the Change link in line with your Email
  • Enter your new email address in the corresponding text boxes
  • Enter your current password in the final text box
  • Click the   Save   button to update your email information
  • Your screen will return to the Account Summary page once you have saved any changes
  • For our member's protection, a notification email is sent to both email addresses. If you receive a notification that your account's email address was changed, and you did not make the change or need more help resetting your password, please contact us at 1-888-746-7726 immediately

 

CHANGE VIA APP

  • On the app, open the Account tab
  • Open Account information page
  • Click on the email field and select the Edit option which will open in a separate browser window
  • Review the change and Save

 

NOTE:  This change is applied to your login and default account email address. To protect sensitive information, you will be required to re-enter any saved payment information any time your account email is changed.
