Finding out item availability
Because of high demand, certain items like paper products and cleaning supplies may only be purchased in-club at this time or in limited quantities. We’re restocking items as quickly as we can so that there’s availability for as many members as possible.

There are no estimates given on restocking since things are constantly being updated and may vary by club and item.

We’re working to keep our clubs stocked and prices fair. We also work with our suppliers to understand and mitigate any supply chain disruptions.

Ordering through Pickup
Prescheduled Pickup orders will still be available for pickup starting at 7 am, if there is a time slot available.

To help ensure we can have your items ready, we’ve shortened the time frame that you can order ahead. If your club does not have available times to place a pickup order, please continue to check back for availability.

Special pickup instructions have been removed in our latest update to the service.

Ensuring health and safety
To help protect everyone in our clubs, we will require face coverings for all starting Monday July, 20, 2020. Learn more

Your safety remains our top priority. To protect all of our members and associates, we’re enhancing sanitation, offering shopping with less contact, and giving associates the flexibility to stay home.

Cleaning in clubs is happening daily and done according to CDC guidelines. This includes our shopping carts, restrooms and other high-use areas. Associates are assigned for upkeep throughout the day. We put hand sanitizer at entrances, exits and designated registers. Our goal is to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.

Reducing contact with others in the club is possible using Scan & Go, a feature of the Sam’s Club mobile app. It lets you scan items as you put them in your cart, and then walk straight to the exit. No checkout lines. As always, we offer delivery to home and pickup in-club via the app as well.

Associates have options, and we take their health seriously. We ask any associate not feeling well to stay home. Our new policy gives them flexibility to stay home with support if they or their families are affected. We provide our associates up-to-date information to keep them aware and protected throughout this situation.
