About Subscriptions

As of March 15, 2022 Sam’s Club will no longer bill subscription renewals. All subscriptions with a renewal date of March 14 and sooner will be renewed for one more billing cycle (and will not be auto-renewed after).

Are subscriptions different than my Sam’s Club membership?

Yes, subscriptions are third party subscription services such as Showtime, Pandora, Daily Burn, Openfit, ABCmouse.com, Adventure Academy, ReadingIQ, codeSpark, and Telehealth.

Your Sam’s Club Membership will not be impacted or interrupted in any way by this change.

Will I still get my discount if I start a monthly or annual subscription directly with the provider?

Unfortunately, the Sam’s Club discount will not be available.

Is this a temporary change?

No, this is a permanent change at SamsClub.com. Third-party subscription renewals will no longer be billed.

Do I lose access to my subscriptions immediately?

No, you’ll continue to have uninterrupted access to your current subscriptions until they expire. Please refer to the Sam’s Club email sent on March 12, 2022 with your subscription end date.

What happens after March 15, 2022 ?

Subscriptions will no longer be renewed. All subscriptions will be available until the end of their current billing cycle.
