Pharmacy delivery services are offered by a Walmart trusted partner within a 10-mile radius of participating Sam’s Clubs. Valid prescription required. The standard delivery fee is $7.99. The first two deliveries are free for Sam’s Club members. Delivery not available in PR, KS, and HI. Delivery not available for prescriptions for controlled substances, pseudoephedrine, refrigerated items, compounded prescriptions, and reconstituted products or for prescriptions paid by Medicare Part B or Medicaid.
