When do I receive a notice to renew my Membership?

Sam's Club will send a renewal notice via direct mail to the address on file for the Primary Cardholder of your Membership. Notices are sent out 45 days in advance of the month that your Membership is due to be renewed. Renewal notices for a Business Membership are also sent to the primary's mailing address.

 

—If you are enrolled in Sam's Card Master Card Auto Bill Program or Sam's Club Auto Renew Program, you will not receive a renewal notice and your Membership will automatically be renewed.

  • If you use Auto Bill to renew, you can use your billing statement as a receipt.
  • If you use Auto Renew to renew, you can access the receipt in your purchase history via app or online account.
