How to become a Vendor:
1. Visit walmart.com/suppliers
2. Click on the "Apply to Be a Supplier" link on the page.
3. Follow the instructions to completion.
NOTE: Completion of the supplier questionnaire does not guarantee a supplier number or inclusion as a Walmart or Sam's Club vendor.
