How will I be informed if there has been a recall?
Sam's Club will make every effort to call, mail, or email members regarding any recalls, or in the case of certain federally-regulated recalls, will assist the product manufacturer in its attempt to contact you.

What should I do if I receive a recieve a recall notification?
Follow the instructions provided by our representative or in the communication you receive.
If my purchase was made online, can I obtain a refund at a local club?
Most definitely, any club will assist you.
What If I have misplaced my receipt on a recalled item?
Although we prefer a receipt, one is not always necessary with recalled products.
