Military Address on Checks

Sam's Club does accept checks from member's who live at a military address, but SamsClub.com does not accept checks as a form of payment. See below for specific instructions and example.

Military address instructions:

  • Enter name and rank in name field
  • Enter command and unit in address fields
  • Enter APO or FPO in the "city" field
  • Enter AE, AA in the "state" field
  • Enter the ZIP code in the "ZIP" field

 

Accepted forms of Military ID:

  • Active military personnel should present their current valid military ID
  • Former retired military can present their DD 214 as their proof of service
