Qualified students and college alumni who join Sam's Club online as a new member will receive a 60% discount on a Club membership or $50 off a Sam’s Club Plus membership. Join as a Plus member and get free Curbside Pickup, free shipping on most items, and early shopping hours.

Who’s Eligible*:

To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be actively enrolled in an accredited, government-recognized public or private university or college that grants degrees or certificates in the US or Canada. This includes college, university, community college, junior college, vocational, and technical students.
  • A graduate from an accredited, government-recognized, public or private university or college that grants degrees or certificates.
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
*New members only - Must not have active membership in last 6 months
 
The following students are not eligible for student discounts:
  • Anyone under the age of 18
  • High school students
  • GED recipients
  • ROTC members
  • U.S. citizens studying abroad
