How to cancel an online order

 

All online orders can only be canceled via self-service within 30 minutes of checkout. Items/orders shipping from a Sam's Club Fulfillment Center have a slightly extended cancellation window.

How to cancel your online order:

  1. Select your Order History under My Account. You'll be asked to sign in

  2. Once you locate your order, click View Details to the right of the page

  3. If "Cancel This Order" appears at the top of the page, select the option and you can cancel the order.

  4. You'll receive an email verifying your cancellation.

 

Can I cancel item(s) in my order, but not the whole order?

No, you must cancel the entire order. You can reorder and remove the unwanted item(s).

 

I missed the window of time to cancel, what are my options?
