General Flower Information

Flower Size and Color:

1. The stem size is the length of the stem without the bloom. The bloom size is the size of the flower head, which is usually referred to in centimeters vs. inches.

2. The shade of the color varies depending on the variety of rose. Due to differences in monitor resolution, color intensity may vary from actual items.

3. Due to differences in shades, we do not offer samples, because we cannot guarantee a match between the rose in the sample and the ones delivered for the event. If you need a specific color, you should order one of the variety specific roses.

NOTE: We cannot guarantee the color of the center that you will receive when ordering Daisies and Sunflowers. The color varies depending on seasonality and availability.

4. We are unable to accept cancellations within 4 Business days of delivery date

5. To assure optimum freshness, different varieties may be substituted based on availability.

Preserved Flowers - DO NOT PUT IN WATER

1. Infinite roses and hydrangea are preserved flowers that are treated and dyed.

2. Colors will fade in time, especially in bright sunlight

3. They are fully biodegradable

4. They come with or without stems

5. Make sure to read all of the care instructions

6. These can last up to 6 months
