Appliance Delivery and Basic Installation Information
 
The home delivery service includes Basic Installation to set up your new appliance as well as haul-away of your old appliance. Parts and accessories required for Basic Installation are included. Member will receive a call from a service representative to confirm appliance installation requirements and limitations. Before placing an order, please confirm that the contact information in Your Account is correct (address, email, phone) to ensure a smoother delivery process. Member must be at home during the scheduled delivery time frame.
 
Refrigerators, Over-the-Range Microwaves, and Electric Ranges
 
Basic Installation & haul-away service is included.
 
Complex Installation Required for Dishwashers, Gas Range, Gas Dryers, and Over the Range Microwaves
Two appointments will be required for complex installations – (1) Delivery and (1) Installation. When possible, delivery & installation appointments will be made same day, but is subject to installer availability. Haul away will be provided by installation contractor (not the delivery provider).
 
Delivery:
  • Delivery and Basic Installation are available in limited locations (not all zip codes covered) and only in the continental United States
  • Delivery is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories or for APO or FPO addresses
  • Additional service fees for rescheduled delivery will apply if delivery is attempted and Member is not home or does not answer.
Basic Installation: 
  • The delivery and installation teams are NOT authorized to perform any modifications to your home, such as carpentry, plumbing, gas or electrical work
  • Additional fees will apply for any installation work that exceeds the included Basic Installation service
  • Basic Installation may be unavailable in some locations depending on local, state, or industry codes and standards
  • During your home delivery appointment, the delivery and/or installation team(s) will be able to determine if any additional work and/or permits are required that exceed the Basic Installation, and you will be given a quote before agreeing to additional installation work and fees
  • You will be responsible for direct payment to the installer for any work exceeding the Basic Installation.
Haul-away: 
  • The delivery service includes haul-away of your old dishwasher, if it has been uninstalled
  • The delivery team will not uninstall your existing dishwasher
  • For Dishwashers, Gas Range, Gas Dryers, and Over the Range Microwaves haul away will be provided by installation contractor (not the delivery provider).
 
Installation/Assembly Available for Purchase
Pergolas, Gazebos, Play Sets, & Sheds:
  • Sam's Club has partnered with GoConfigure to provide assembly for club purchases on select items across Outdoor Seasonal (i.e. Gazebos, Pergolas, Play Sets)
  • For club purchases of these products, members can purchase the Assembly separately through GoConfigure.com/SamsClub OR call GoConfigure at 888-888-5424.

 
NOTE: We do not offer Delivery from club on these products. Members must take product home if purchase in club.
  • After purchasing assembly, you will first receive an email from GoConfigure to confirm your availability

  • If you don't respond to the email, GoConfigure may call

  • After confirming your schedule, you will receive a confirmation call or text with the date and time for assembly

  • Assembly is completed by local, insured professional contractors and is backed up by a 30-day warranty

Sam’s Club has partnered with Angi to offer Installation/Assembly services across multiple product categories. Service does NOT include delivery. Member can purchase the installation/assembly service for product purchased in-club or on-line. For a list of all services offered by Handy visit www.SamsClub.com/Angi.

After purchasing product (in-club or on-line), advise members to visit www.SamsClub.com/Angi

Members will have the ability to browse through all the different Angi services offered. To purchase, members will simply add to cart and check out. Within 24-48hours, members will receive an email directly from Angi with the booking details.

If the appointment date on the email does not work, members will have the ability to reschedule or cancel through the links provided in the email.

 
Garage Doors:
Installation services are offered at an additional cost in over 32,500 zip codes across the United States. Contact the manufacturer's (Amarr) customer service department at 1-888-661-4575 for help with delivery or installation in your area.

NOTE: Florida and certain other high wind areas may require specialized product configurations. Doors with these configurations must be professionally installed. Please contact manufacturer for details about installation in these areas.

All services are subject to Handy's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Members may reschedule or cancel any service appointment 24 hours in advance for free. However, there is a $15 fee for cancellation 2–24 hours before the appointment starts. Inside of 2 hours the full service fee is charged.
