Purchase History Request - Sam's Club
Get your purchase history instantly by using your online account or the app. For older requests (2.5 years or older)*, you must submit the purchase history request form found at help.samsclub.com:

Online account - View previous 2.5 years of online or 6 months of club purchases

When submitting a Purchase History Request:

Include membership number, full name, items and timeframe needed

Requests are typically returned in 7-10 business days
To Find your Order History:
1. Sign in to your online account
2. Hover over the "Your Account" drop down in the upper right corner of any screen from the site
3. Select/click Your Order History
4. See past orders with various filters
- Online
- Club purchases
- Select date ranges by year or see it "All"
5. View, download, and/or print your receipts.
—See purchase history online:
- Filter your order history by club or online purchase
- Online purchases from the last 2.5 years are available through your online account
- Club purchases from the last 6 months are also available here
—View or print receipts:
- Select the "See details" link associated with an order to view the order
- Click the "Print receipt" link listed at the top of the order to print a copy
—Pickup & Same-Day Delivery orders are found under the Online tab:
- Select the See details link for order/item details or to print the receipt
- Your purchase date, purchase total, order number, and order type are all noted from this screen
*Sam's Club only maintains 8 years of purchase history from the current date. We do not track serial numbers of purchased items.
