For the first time in our firm’s history, we are embarking work on establishing 𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐆𝐂𝐂𝐬 this super August, signifying a pivotal milestone not just for ANSR but also for India’s GCC landscape. At ANSR, having partnered with a large number of Fortune 500 firm in their GCC journey, we're observing a fascinating phenomenon: our new GCC entrants are eschewing the traditional maturity curve and are charting a new course marked by: 1️⃣ 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭: Unlike certain incumbents, the new GCCs are commencing operations at the "GCC 8.0" maturity level resulting in instant value creation. They're not replicating existing ‘catch-up’ models but leapfrogging ahead with a clear vision for success. 2️⃣ 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐀𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲: With new entrants, we anticipate a rise in leadership roles. GCCs are now an integral part of their respective enterprises, wielding significant decision-making power. This is a move beyond merely having a seat at the table; it's about shaping the strategic direction of the entire organization. 3️⃣ 𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐲𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐒𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐂𝐂: Our successful GCCs are harnessing the power of ‘both-sourcing’. This means striking the right balance between internal and external capabilities through insourcing and outsourcing interventions. Our GCCs are collaborating strategically with ecosystem partners with a clear workforce strategy that allows non-linear & accelerated growth with access to specialized capabilities and innovation to achieve optimal results. The emergence of ‘day-1’ mature GCCs marks a pivotal moment for India's GCC landscape. And, it signifies a significant shift towards leadership, collaboration, and exponential impact. It’s now about ‘𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐂𝐂𝐬’ – that will disrupt status quo and redefine traditional propositions. We are very excited with the road ahead!
