Other than the normal areas of contribution as an Executive Committee member, my focus was on creating value by innovating solutions for members. Some of them included the TRIADS (a platform to bring together industry and students on summer projects and recognize the best summer projects), Low cost workshops on psychometrics, career management, performance management, etc, PHPD which had the best of faculty, practitioners and content to build competency of young HR practising HR professionals…

This continues to be run under the name of "Fast track".

This award was won by Cloudnine for it's Innovative People Practices. The selection was from 100 organizations pan-India that included very large MNCs, Indian MNCs, Start ups and SMEs.
The competition culminated in the National Conference in Mumbai where the final round of judging took place. -
