The Bell Seal is an unparalleled workplace mental health certification that recognizes employers who strive to improve employee mental health and create a psychologically safe work environment for all.
Bell Seal recipients represent over 28 industries – from health care and the public sector to financial services and manufacturing – and organizational sizes, from three to more than 1 million workers, in 35 states. Each year, participating groups undergo a rigorous evaluation of policies and practices in four key areas: workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness programs.
