HIRING PROCESS:
Average hours per week can fluctuate between 25-45 hours (and willingness to work weekends if needed), so we have consistent work for the right talent.
We may ask you to take at least 2 WordPress aptitude tests and show 4-6 samples of current WP work (within the past 1-2 years).
Be willing to provide 2-3 client or professional references (within the past 2 years)
