Today, ACOMO N.V. has announced the agreement with Caldic to acquire its Caldic Foodservice Retail Sweden AB (FSR) business to strengthen its position in the nuts and dried fruits markets in the Nordics. The decision to divest our FSR business is aligned with our strategic focus on the B2B life and material sciences markets. Acomo has a longstanding track record in trading and distributing food products and ingredients. We strongly believe our FSR business can flourish in a company where this segment is central to the strategy. We are sorry to see our FSR team go and shall greatly miss them. Over the years, they have realized several collaborative projects and shared in our ambitious growth journey. We are happy to have found a new home for the FSR colleagues who will have the opportunity to advance their careers in a company that is committed to further grow the Spices & Nuts segment, and we wish them all the best at Acomo N.V.
