Experienced Data Analytics Manager

Synechron is seeking a passionate Data Analytics Manager to take a leading role and grow the Data Science & Analytics Practice (DS&A). You will shape the growth strategy of the practice and divide your time between business development (sales) and working with the team to deliver the projects at our clients. You coach the team members and encourage their continuous development and hire additional talent to further growth the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development through new client acquisition and building out teams at existing client engagements;
• Build new and maintain existing client relations in the DS&A domains;
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client needs and challenges and translate this to Synechron’s solutions that support our clients in maximizing the value of their data;
• Take a leading role in project delivery of own project and/or perform Quality Assurance on project delivered by the DS&A practice;
• Provide thought leadership on best practices and emerging technologies such as Data Platforms, GenAI/Large Language Models;
• Actively collaborate with (international) Synechron teams across different disciplines to share knowledge on industry trends and design technology solutions that benefit (prospect) clients;
• Coach and mentor colleagues to foster continuous learning and consistently deliver value to our clients;
• Develop and execute a hiring strategy to expand the team with capable and proficient consultants.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong and actionable network within Financial Services firms in The Netherlands to fuel business development;
• Proven track record of project delivery and sales of Data Analytics, Engineering, and/or Data Science projects in Financial Services;
• Interest and familiarity with the latest technologies and languages (e.g. Snowflake, Data Bricks, Python, SQL, Scala, Power BI);
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members;
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
