Andra Day
Andra Day (née Cassandra Monique Batie) is an American singer-songwriter and actress. She rose to fame with her hit debut single, "Rise Up," from her 2015 Grammy-nominated album, Cheers to the Fall. She made her acting debut in the 2021 biopic, The United States vs. Billie Holiday, for which she won a Golden Globe for best actress and was nominated for an Academy Award. Day also won a Grammy for the film's accompanying soundtrack.
