Nick Cannon

Nick Cannon is an American TV host, actor, director, comedian and musician. He rose to fame at the age of 17 as a staff writer for the Nickelodeon sketch comedy series All That (1994), becoming the youngest writer in TV history. Cannon went on to direct and star on Nickelodeon's The Nick Cannon Show in 2002, before launching the MTV improv series Nick Cannon Presents Wild 'N Out in 2005. He has hosted America's Got Talent, The Masked Singer and his now-defunct daytime talk show Nick Cannon. Cannon made his big-screen debut in Drumline (2002) and starred in Love Don't Cost a Thing (2003), Shall We Dance (2004), Roll Bounce (2005), Bobby (2006) and Chi-Raq (2015). In 2007, he earned a Screen Actors Guild nomination for outstanding performance by a cast for Bobby. He also became the first African-American awarded breakthrough actor of the year at the Cannes Film Festival.
