You know those energy bites you’ve been making for years? They haven’t really been the most healthiest snack, if you haven’t been adding the right ingredients. My number one tip when making these is using an all natural peanut butter with no added sugar or oils and using a simple/healthy protein like quinoa which makes these bites a little softer and easier to eat! You can use any combination of nut butter and add ins you want!
