Ok.....I finally decided how I was going to decorate the ketupat cards that I designed earlier....I placed some simple wordings/wishes on them and also some very minimal decorations. These are for those who prefer the ketupat card to have decorations on them.....I for one prefer the simpler designs with no decorations or wordings on them so that I could be free to write whatever my heart pleases to do hehehe...... We made our Ramadan craft today inspired by ketupat is a type of food from the Indonesian and Malaysian part of the Islamic world.

This popsicle stick mosque was the perfect simple, yet fun, Ramadan craft. Using just popsicle sticks, paper, scissors and glue we created this cute little mosque, which we then used as a vessel to discuss the concept of fasting in Ramadan and why it has been prescribed as a pillar of our faith. . .
