Remember, volume is the driver of hypertrophy so if you want to build muscle! Each specific muscle group needs at least 10 to 15 sets per week. In this workout triceps had 9 sets so that would mean I would need to hit either this workout again sometime in a given week, or another upper body workout that included triceps. Workout: 12 reps/4 sets
Concentration curls 
Tricep press extension 
V sit press

Iso hold curl 
Single tricep extension 
Front raise 

Single hammer curl 
Skull crusher 
Lateral raise 
Repeat each circuit four times. During the first circuit, I use that as a warm-up. I go a little bit lighter and just get the muscles activated and ready to lift heavy! 

Then I practice that reps in reserve concept where in the first set, I’m leaving 3 to 4 reps left in reserve. The second set I leave 2 to 3 reps left in reserve. The last set I leave 0-1 reps left in reserve.

Tracy Steen on Instagram: "Do you have enough volume in a given week in order to see a change in your tricep muscles?  If you are not seeing a change, this is likely the reason why.  Instead, try adding two upper body specific workouts in your week.  You might start the week doing a chest and tricep workout like I described in this video and then another arm specific workout later on in the week.  Ensuring that you are getting an adequate amount of muscle building protein within your diet is also crucial. To increase lean muscle, I try to get between 1.6 and 2.2 g of protein per kilogram of body weight. Or, .80-1.0 grams per pound of body weight each day.
