balloons, glue, yarn, tray for glue, 1/2 cup corn starch, 1/4 cup warm water, clear fast drying spray paint. Mix corn starch, glue and warm water together until it has a smooth texture. Smear the vaseline all over your balloon until it is completely coated so wet twine won’t stick on the balloon after dry. Start wrapping balloon vertically, then slowly change to wrapping. For a seamless look, tuck ends of twine under one of wrapped strings. wait until glue dries before popping balloon.
