Born in London UK and now living near Clapham Common in South London, my passion for photography began when I purchased my first camera in 1985. I am a self-taught photographer, yet creating images has given me personal satisfaction, they are moments of my journey through life. I have found a new heroine Barbara Hepworth (1903-1975) I must confess to knowing very little about one of Britain's most important sculptors, something that I shall be reading up on. Barbara Hepworth This piece of art demonstrates space in between each tear dropped ring. I like how the gradation from the shadows creates an interesting effect. the repetition of the rings becoming increasingly smaller is very nice. the piece is perfectly balanced because there is a ring that faces each way at least once.
