Big Quads are essential to really bring out that X frame in your physique. I love to get blood into the legs before going to work on my main compound.- I start my leg workouts with Leg Extensions, and usually pair it with some leg curls as well. This may take away from a bit of strength on your squats at first. However, you may also notice that this makes your squats feel a bit better. I go higher rep with lower weight. Usually stay a few reps from failure.
