Meyer Cheese have been producing award-winning Dutch style cheeses in the heart of the Waikato since the 80’s. Their techniques and expertise are deeply rooted in the Dutch tradition but the product is proudly local, utilising a farm to plate business model with milk from their own farm pumped directly into vats from the milking shed. I’m a bit partial to baby goats though – kids. There’s something about their playfulness and awkwardness that just melts my heart.
